 Walnut has a system of controlling in-coming raw materials. These are quarantined, tested and approved. After approval and on a requisition from production for a job to be taken up, materials are issued on a FIFO basis. If there are any deviations, necessary deviation report is raised, and approval is given.
Necessary batch records are available and manufacturing is carried out as per the instructions in the record. In-process checks are carried out and documented on a timely basis. Line clearance checks are carried out and only upon clearance, further processing is taken up.
