Customer receives an IVR call and is prompted to enter credit card number, expiry date,OTP (Mandatory for card issued in India) and CVV number |

Customer receives a confirmation SMS regarding the transaction |

Merchant receives confirmation SMS and email regarding transaction as well |

Merchant can view the transaction via cellPAY web interface |

Customer calls the Merchant call center and wishes to make payment |

Agent puts the customer on hold and calls cellPAY IVR number |

Agent enters the merchant id, customer’s mobile number, amount and mobile number to be recharged on IVR as prompted |

Agent connects the customer in conference call with the IVR |

Customer enters the credit card number, expiry date,OTP(Mandatory for card issued in India) and CVV number as prompted on the IVR |

Customer and agent are updated on the transaction status by IVR |
