Guest connects to hotel print server by typing on internet explorer http://server/printjobmanager/

Displaying:

a) Files to upload.
b) Contact information.
c) Instructions on print job manager.

Guest browses his documents to be printed, from his local system, uploads selected files to be printed and submits them to the print job manager by filling his Name, Email Id and Room No.

Printjob Manager Provides guest with a Job ID to track his print job, which is important to obtain prints from touch screen interface located at help desk.

Touch screen interface helps guest to enter his Job Id so as to obtain the documents that they uploaded in screen 6.

Guest can select and submit documents for final prints by clicking on print button.

Administration Interface helps the administrator to configure his hotel/motel details.

Select configure hotel from menu of Administration Interface, where administrator can upload his hotel/motel logo, name & address.

Select Manage Rates from Administration Interface, administrator can fix the price per each copy to be printed.

Administrator can select different dates and generate report from Administration Interface, administrator can obtain the number of prints obtained and amount of money generated during a particular period of time.
